Coming from a background in competitive sports, I was initially drawn to the challenge hot yoga presented. Along with gaining the flexibility and strength I’d hoped for, I noticed mental and emotional benefits I never expected. Not only does my practice ease my anxiety, but I’ve found that it keeps me centered during times of deep loss and heartache, a powerful, unforeseen benefit that still amazes me. I’m continuously finding new reasons to love yoga and the beautiful community at Fuel. I’m so grateful that I’m able to share this love through teaching.
