Fuel Hot 75/90

The original therapeutic hot yoga designed to get you fit, healthy, and flexible and work your entire body inside out and bones to skin. This class is designed to heal injuries and reduce chronic pain. You will build strength, flexibility, increase focus and mental clarity. Always the same, but always very different. You will work hard, sweat a lot and leave feeling amazing and ready to take on your day! This class is great for all levels, whether you are brand new to yoga, an athlete or looking to heal an injury and live pain free. 

FUEL 60

This is a shorter version of the original 26 and 2 series so you can still get your yoga in even on your busy days. The pace is faster and we do fewer sets of some of the postures. This class is 60 minutes and suitable for all levels.

Fuel Vinyasa

Reconnect with your inner self while simultaneously improving strength and flexibility in our dynamic flow class. This invigorating and comprehensive class integrates sun salutations, balance postures, inversions, backbends, and forward folds, along with focused breath work and meditation.
Our heated vinyasa class seamlessly unites these postures in a continuous, breath-guided movement with music, providing a holistic experience. This class is meticulously crafted to challenge and invigorate you.
This progressive class offers a variety of choose your own adventure options, allowing you to tailor your experience to meet your specific needs for each session, ultimately leaving you with a profound sense of accomplishment and well-being.

Rocket Yoga

Rocket Vinyasa is a dynamic vinyasa class with a series of postures based on a modification of the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary and Intermediate series developed by Larry Shultz. The rocket class renews energy and vitality in the body by working directly on the joints and stimulating all the systems of the body. It’s called Rocket because it gets you there faster!

Fuel Yin

Get ready to dial up the chill factor!
In our slower-paced yin class, we're all about giving some love to your body's connective tissues - think ligaments and fascia. Our mission? Bring your body into perfect harmony and crank up its natural flexibility.
But here's the twist - most of the poses are seated and they move at a snail's pace. Why, you ask? So you can fully surrender into a state of deep relaxation, where you can kiss goodbye to tension, both in your body and your mind.
If deep relaxation and newfound flexibility are your jam, then this class is your golden ticket to that dreamy destination.

Hot HIIT Pilates

Who said working out can't be a blast? If your gym routine is getting boring, we've got your back! Get ready for our HOT HIIT Pilates class – the one-hour workout that's more like a party with an epic playlist. You'll be having so much fun that you'll forget you're even working out.
In this HIIT-based class, we're cranking up the intensity. HIIT training is interval training that alternates between high intensity followed by short rest periods to boost your metabolism. We've got weights, we've got resistance bands, and we've got a mission to work every inch of your body in just one hour. Get ready to rev that heart rate, burn calories, get your sweat on, and sculpt that core like a superstar.
Oh, and here's the best part – it's the ultimate sidekick for your vinyasa and hot yoga classes.

Yoga Nidra

Described as “dynamic sleep,” Yoga Nidra allows the body to deeply relax while the mind stays inwardly alert. This class will start with a few gentle yoga poses and then move into a guided relaxation. This body scan and breath awareness practiced in yoga nidra helps to calm the nervous system and reduce stress and anxiety.

Jolin Conine

After suffering years of chronic neck and back pain I had no idea how good my body could feel or that I could be out of pain. I believe that yoga is one of the best forms of physical, mental and emotional therapy. I'm inspired to share the healing benefits of this practice with our students. Anyone can do yoga and fuel their body and life through a regular practice.

Jeanne Heaton

Founder of One Posture at a Time, a non-profit that brings the healing benefits of Yoga to those suffering from addiction, alcoholism, trauma, and other body/mental issues. A recipient of the Hot Yoga Teacher Training scholarship, she is also a certified Yin, Y12SR teacher, completed the Healing Trauma through Yoga Training with David Emerson, is an ambassador with PureAction.org and a ‘here to be’ ambassador with lululemon. From her own experience as a recovering heroin addict and alcoholic, she’s spoken on the recovery benefits of yoga at conferences at Yale University, the New York State O.A.S.A.S., has taught in state and government rehab facilities, including jail. Jeanne is a full-time teacher at Fuel and teaches weekly at drug and alcohol rehab centers.

Scott Simpson

I turned to yoga as a way of reintroducing physical activity to my life after having two heart surgeries to treat a Cardio Arrhythmia, with the intention that yoga would be a 'bridge' to moving on to other forms of exercise like running or sports.

I soon realized that yoga was exactly what my body needed to heal, recover and get back in the game of being physical. It's the most challenging yet rewarding thing I have ever done for myself and I want to share my passion for the practice with others.

Athens has an incredible yoga community with people from all walks of life and I feel very fortunate to be a part of this amazing group.

Andrea Boyd

My first class at Fuel was on New Year’s Day 2013 as a last-ditch effort to pull myself out of a depression. I knew I needed a big change in my life, but I didn’t know how or what form that change would take and I was willing to try anything. The more I practiced, the more I started to tune in to my body. I hadn’t realized how disconnected I’d been from myself, or how much grief, anger, and trauma I had been holding and carrying around in my body. My yoga practice has taught me to really listen to myself, and to allow my feelings to move through me as I move and breathe through the asanas. It’s completely changed how I take care of myself. My yoga practice has been such a transformational and guiding force in my daily life, and I feel so honored to get to share that with other people as a teacher now. Fuel is more than a place to practice - it’s a community dedicated to cheering you on and offering support on your path. No matter where you are on your journey, no matter what you’re dealing with, the tools yoga offers are invaluable for helping you become the best version of yourself. You just have to get on the mat.

Magan Byron

Coming from a background in competitive sports, I was initially drawn to the challenge hot yoga presented. Along with gaining the flexibility and strength I’d hoped for, I noticed mental and emotional benefits I never expected. Not only does my practice ease my anxiety, but I’ve found that it keeps me centered during times of deep loss and heartache, a powerful, unforeseen benefit that still amazes me. I’m continuously finding new reasons to love yoga and the beautiful community at Fuel. I’m so grateful that I’m able to share this love through teaching.

Kelly Green

After struggling with two autoimmune diseases and being put on different medications for years, I was living in pain, anxious and depressed. I felt no mind-body connection and I hadn’t quite learned the story of my heart. I was doing all kinds of things to avoid what was really going on inside. Yoga helped me to detox from all the medications and heal my physical body to the point where I was able to come off of them.Yoga quickly became a spiritual practice as well as a physical one, and I began to learn the truth of my heart and soul. Yoga led me to my first sense of peace, awareness, and living from the heart. Sharing in this practice at Fuel has brought me an incredible community of people that I am so grateful to be a part of. It is an honor to share this practice with others and learn alongside this community.

Inez Petersen

Yoga started as something fun to do with friends. I had never tried yoga before so the Hot Yoga was very nerve-wrecking. I found myself really enjoying the struggle and heat of the class. I loved the feeling of camaraderie as well as the safety of being on my mat. A few weeks in I noticed that the breathing I was learning in the yoga hot room was carrying over into my mountain biking and hiking. My husband and friends noticed the change as well. My breathing, stamina, strength, and patience all greatly improved. This yoga practice has not only enhanced my other physical practices, it has also carried me through my journey of recovery of addiction. The breathing and postures I practice in the hot room have transformed my life. What started as a fun thing to try with friends has turned into a life saving, life changing practice. I am honored to be able to share this practice and be part of your journey.
